Uber, a sponsor of Manchester United, wanted to activate their partnership and reward Uber consumers and fans with some money can’t buy prizes.

So we enlisted the help of United legend, Rio Ferdinand to surprise Uber riders with the trip of a lifetime.

Fans who used the app to select “Man United X Uber On Demand” could win a United shirt delivered to their door, or better still, the chance to take a drive with Rio and win an even bigger reward.

Filming in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Rio, we reached a global audience of United fans, rewarding a lucky few with the chance to play at the Theatre of Dreams.
