Subway needed an approach to always on native content, giving them a drum beat of regular bangers that celebrate their food in interesting ways.

I set up the structure for social, creative process and creator-led strategy, to build a cost effective way of working, whilst transforming Subway UK & Ireland’s TikTok feed.
